Application Process

My goal is to make the application process as simple as possible for authors since I know your time is valuable.
Each event form contains all the deadlines for that specific event and all the necessary information. Some 2027 forms are interest forms only and have not been set in stone for location and pricing so those areas may say TBD. Don’t worry though I will reach out to you once those have been set to see if you are still interested before sending the formal invitation.
All of the Feel the Heat Book Bash events are for all genres; however, we do not promote any event as family friendly.

• Check out the events section for an entire list of up-coming events
• Fill out the correct form for the event you want to attend
• Once you have been approved you will receive an email with the formal invitation and the invoice will follow
• Pay deposit to hold your spot (all deposits are due within 2 weeks of invoice being sent and are non-refundable)
• Join the attending author and attendee groups for that specific event
